Dixie is the Mental Health Professional on our Franklin/Fulton Family Based team. Dixie obtained her BS in Education from Frostburg State College. Dixie has an extensive history of working in a group home setting. Dixie has completed the 3 year Family Based Certification program and has passed the state exam allowing her to be Certified in Family Based Mental Health Services. Dixie has been with Franklin Family Services since 2010.
